We're looking for a

People All Rounder

, someone who enjoys variety, brings people together, and finds joy in solving small but meaningful challenges every day.

The Challenge

Make CricHeroes a place where great people love to belong.

You'll switch gears often -- from planning fun activities to welcoming new joiners, helping with hiring, or sorting an office fix. It's never the same day twice. The goal? Create an environment where everyone feels cared for, connected, and motivated.

What We're Looking For

You enjoy working with people and making work feel human. You love variety -- creative, operational, and everything in between. You take initiative, notice details, and act with empathy. You're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. You may not have an MBA -- but you have presence of mind, warmth, and curiosity.

What You'll Do

Plan and host engaging activities

-- from birthday reminders and theme days to mini contests,fun activities, and creative Slack posts that keep the team spirit alive.

Support hiring efforts

-- help in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a warm and well-informed experience for every applicant.

Onboard new joiners with care

-- plan their first-day experience, ensure documentation is in place, and make them feel part of the team from day one.

Keep the workspace buzzing and organised

-- manage small admin tasks, office supplies, and help make our workspace a comfortable, cheerful environment.

Be the go-to person for small but meaningful needs

-- whether it's sharing information, solving quick people-related issues, or simply listening when someone needs it.

Collaborate on new ideas

-- along with the People team to experiment, improve, and bring fresh energy to how we engage, recognise, and connect as a team.
