Job Description

An Office Peon provides essential support services to ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations. The role includes delivering documents, maintaining cleanliness, attending to basic office errands, and assisting staff with routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver and distribute internal communications, files, letters, and documents within the office. Attend telephone calls/messages and communicate accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, meeting rooms, and common areas. Serve tea/coffee to staff/guests and assist during official meetings. Arrange files, stationery, and basic office supplies as needed. Assist with photocopying, faxing, and basic clerical tasks. Run office errands such as bank deposits, courier drops, office purchases, etc. Ensure timely attendance and report any issues to supervisor.

Skills & Requirements:



Education:

Minimum 8th pass (preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience as peon/attendant preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, punctual, and reliable. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Basic knowledge of office etiquettes.

Working Hours:



12;00 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
