Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of PE-Loan Servicing with 0 to 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing loan servicing tasks using MS Excel and it is advantageous if they have experience with Advent Geneva. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute loan servicing tasks efficiently using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency in loan servicing. Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making and enhance service delivery. Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and ensure timely updates in the system. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for loan servicing activities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address queries and provide necessary information. Monitor loan accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance loan servicing operations. Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the development of process improvements to optimize loan servicing workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all loan servicing activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis. Possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately. Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Show attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation. Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. Display adaptability to learn and implement new tools and technologies. * Experience with Advent Geneva is a plus enhancing domain knowledge.
