Supervision of mfg. lines:-

? Work as Glatt Machine operator in Pellets department:

? to check all process parameters during manufacturing process.

? Documentation as per requirement of regulatory authorities (WHO, EUGMP, TURKEY)

? Safety of individual equipment and sub ordinate employees.

? Ensure area and equipment cleaning as per cleaning SOP after completion of process.

Online Documentation:

? Batch Manufacturing Record

? Maintain Machine Daily Log Record. Equipment status label, to be clean label,

Ensure Co-ordination with Supporting Departments for Smooth Working of Production:

Co-ordinate with engineering department for smooth machine operation and in trouble
shooting.

Co-ordinate with QA/QC department for approval of in process materials and process
checks.

Ensure calibration and qualification status of equipment
Technical Skills Summary

Observing and Monitoring following Machineries:
Fluid Bed Processor (Glatt 60, 120)
Extruder Cum Sphenorizer
Rapid Mixer granulator
. Shifter, Blender, sol solution prepretioaretion, Fluid Bed Dryer
