We are looking for a full-timePega Senior System Architect (PCSSA)to work on key solution designs and solution architecture focused on Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and build full lifecycle digital banking journeys on Pega Collaborate with IT senior leadership on solution and technical architecture evaluations Define project-level application architectures and detailed technical designs Oversee and guide developers, reviewing code for architectural consistency Design reusable tools/components and prototypes based on architectural vision Provide daily technical leadership, manage escalations, and facilitate smooth handoffs Work closely with Enterprise Architecture peers on design standards and integration approaches Lead a Pega development team through delivery to production Conduct solution workshops and align technical choices with best practices Evaluate and integrate APIs suited for project needs Establish development governance frameworks and enforce CI/CD standards

Required Qualifications :

6-8 years of experience in banking/financial sector IT architecture 5+ years of hands-on Pega Platform implementation Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification Leadership of teams with 5+ developers In-depth knowledge of Pega methodology, class structure, case management, rule resolution Integration architecture with SOAP, JMS, RESTful APIs, plus Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Groovy, ESQL, XML/JSON, YAML, GIT Security expertise including WSSecurity, JWT, SSL certificates, B2B patterns, IPS, message signing support.pega.com Proficiency in Visio and Visual Paradigm for architectural modeling Strong software engineering practices: CI/CD, unit testing, version control, debugging Experience working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with excellent analytical, communication, and resilience skills
