Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant
Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions,NBAD framework
Proven track record of delivering hyper-personalized solutions using NBA strategies across inbound and outbound channels in both batch and real-time mode
Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.
Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.
Translate business requirements into decisioning logic, including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and offer flows. Good understanding and experience in Digital applications, and Business Functions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective Good to have skills:
Operation Manager
Knowledge in externalisation of Cassandra , KAFKA, Elastic search
Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
