Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Pega applications. The role involves leading large-scale Pega projects, creating BPM applications, integrating web services, designing frameworks and data models, and gathering business requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Java-based applications, and project management to deliver scalable solutions that enhance process management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business managers to understand BPM application needs. Design and develop Pega BPM applications aligned with business objectives. Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment. Create class structures, application frameworks, and data models. Coordinate with project teams to ensure business and technical alignment. Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks. Conduct system performance testing to ensure optimal application efficiency. Maintain the security and compliance of system applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Pega Developer with strong hands-on expertise. Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC versions 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x. Proficiency in J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of coding languages such as AngularJS, Java, JQuery. Strong understanding of web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per month
