Role Overview

The Pega LSA will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level Pega applications. This role requires deep expertise in

Pega Infinity

,

Constellation UI framework

, and large-scale solution delivery. The LSA will act as a technical leader, guiding teams in best practices, ensuring compliance with guardrails, and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture:

Design and implement end-to-end Pega solutions for complex business processes.

Leadership:

Guide development teams, review designs, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.

Integration:

Work on API development (RESTful, GraphQL, .NET Web API) and system integrations.

Data Modeling:

Define and validate data models, case types, and rulesets.

Performance Optimization:

Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Governance:

Enforce compliance with guardrails, coding standards, and UI/UX guidelines.

Mentorship:

Train and mentor junior developers and system architects.

Required Skills

9+ years of experience

in software engineering with at least

6+ years in Pega implementations

. Strong expertise in

Pega Infinity

and

Constellation UI framework

. Hands-on experience with

decisioning frameworks, PRPC implementation, and large-scale enterprise projects

. Proficiency in

object-oriented programming concepts, RDBMS, and Core Java

. Experience with

reporting, agents, authentication services, and ruleset management

. * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
