10+ Years of experience in IT and at least 7+ experience Pega


Hands on experience in Pega Ruta Script in Pega NLP


Experience in Pega version 7.x 8.x platform; Experience in older versions is a plus


Hands on experience in integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions


Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success realization of business benefit


experience in leading and owning Project sizing and estimation


Previous experience in leading a Pega development team


Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and motivational skills.


Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements


Excellent communication with experience liaising with clients


Banking and Finance experience is preferred


CSSA is a must and LSA is preferred
