We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: Responsible for providing the Solution Design for the new Requirements / Enhancements / Business Problem Statement. Responsible for preparing the solution Design document and present it to the Architecture Forum for their approval. Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation. Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture. Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions. Responsible for keeping the application up to date with latest PEGA & SI Version. Responsible for understanding on the Product Enhancement and suggest business on the Functional Enhancements. Responsible for providing Integration Solution with the Partner Teams. Responsible for making the application future ready for migrating / maintaining the features and enhancements related to Cloud Migration, AI/ML. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Over all IT experience of 8 -15 years in PEGA Development. (Essential) Extensive experience of PRPC version 8.x and the Smart Investigate framework, 3+ years in Development (Essential). PRPC Certified Lead Systems Architect or equivalent experience (Essential) Experience in Integration Services of PRPC, Rule-Connect and Rule-Service (Essential). Knowledge in PAL, PLA, DB Trace, Tracer. Experienced in Object Oriented Technology. Knowledge in API, REST, SOAP, Java Message Service, JNDI data sources, UNIX/LINUX, Oracle, Websphere, MQ and SQL script writing. Ability to problem solve, dive deep to address issues, drive performance diagnosis and/or lead debugging and troubleshooting activities. Expertise in deployment of large scale enterprise application systems. Experience in PEGA Product / Application Upgrade. Experience in Working on SWIFT & ISO Messages.
