About this Role

We are seeking a Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC technology to deliver high-quality implementations. The individual will work closely with Lead System Architects, translate technical designs into robust solutions, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and development guardrails. This role involves mentoring junior developers, collaborating with global teams, and driving performance optimisation for Pega applications.

What you'll do

Implement technical designs based on Pega PRPC 7.x, ensuring compliance with best practices and guardrails.

Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver functional and non-functional requirements.

Provide mentoring and technical guidance to less experienced developers.

Conduct performance analysis and tuning of Pega applications.

Ensure high standards of software delivery following SOA and integration architectural practices.

Translate complex technical designs into effective implementations.

Maintain strong communication and collaboration in an onsite/offshore setup.

Who you are

---------------



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS,or related discipline.

Certified Pega Senior System Architect (SSA).

3-5 years of experience in Pega projects, including design and implementation of multi-process applications.

Strong knowledge of Pega application design, development best practices, and performance tuning.

Experience acting as SSA on at least one Pega project.

Solid foundation in general IT skills (Oracle DB/SQL, Unix, integration protocols).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and mentor team members.

Preferred: Experience in greenfield projects, telco domain knowledge, Java programming, Unix shell scripting, and Weblogic concepts.
