About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced

Pega Developer

to join our client's technology team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications on the

Pega platform

. This role requires strong expertise in

Java, JavaScript, and relational databases

such as

Oracle

or

MySQL

, along with a solid understanding of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain applications built on the

Pega platform

. Work with

Java

and

JavaScript

for application logic and customization. Design and manage

relational databases

(Oracle/MySQL). Test, debug, and deploy applications in production environments. Collaborate with project managers and business teams to meet client requirements. Monitor and enhance application performance and scalability. Integrate

legacy systems, databases, and third-party services

with Pega applications. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks. Conduct system testing and validation before release. Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards. Participate in all SDLC phases -- from requirement analysis to post-deployment support.

Requirements

6-9 years of hands-on experience as a

Pega Developer

. Strong understanding of

Pega PRPC architecture and components

. Proficiency in

Java, JavaScript, and SQL

. Experience with

Oracle

or

MySQL

databases. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Pega Certification

(CSA, CSSA, or equivalent). Experience with

REST/SOAP APIs

and

system integrations

. Familiarity with

Agile development methodologies

.

Schedule

Hybrid work setup -- 3 days per week in office.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
