Customer Decision Hub (CDH) is responsible for personalizing billions of customer interactions in real time for the largest organizations in the world. CDH is built on Pega Platform technology to provides an "always on" brain seamless integrating AI and business rules across all your channels. The CDH team builds and enhances this enterprise software solution for our clients. We are distributed around the world, with a large presence in India, the Netherlands, and the US.

As a Software Engineer in the product, you'll contribute in adding/enhancing features to CDH application through PRPC that exposes for sound technical understanding along with excellent domain exposure. Role would also call for customer exposure in terms of resolution to customer issues, remaining attentive and empathetic to customer experiences and helping to resolve them with the best possible ways. Role would call for achieving high quality deliverables, and thereby maintaining high level of application quality score. Pega is staying on the cutting edge of technology, this is your chance to get your hands on working on leading technologies to solve interesting problems.

Active participation in design and development of technical and functional requirements of features in Customer Decision Hub Product Owning up and delivering on the committed development activities as per defined best practices without schedule variance and exhibiting the characteristics of understanding the customer needs instead of settling down for the documented requirements Staying on or ahead of schedule in assigned tasks and providing regular updates to leads on the project progress and outstanding work/issues. Actively participating in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions - providing continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes Actively contributing to innovations (finding solutions to the challenges in application development)

What You've Accomplished:

Bachelor's /Master's Degree or equivalent 2 to 3 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of applications on Pega Certified System Architect and Certified Senior System Architect (CSA & CSSA) A result-oriented individual, focused on delivering results not just activities, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Should be able to make strong recommendations and acts as a role model for the team Knowledge in either analysis, design, or development of large or midscale java centric enterprise application systems (JSP, Servlets, Oracle/DB2 and MS SQL and PRPC would be mandatory Strong experience of Object-Oriented Programming. Additionally, experience in JavaScript, CSS and HTML are desired Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
