Job Description

Designing, developing, and configuring BIX extract rules to export data.

Implementing incremental extraction strategies to pull only updated data, reducing load times.

Scheduling BIX extractions using Job Schedulers or Agents.

Managing data extraction for large volume, high-throughput systems.

Configuring BIX for on-premises or Pega Cloud environments. Performance analysis focuses on using Pega's built-in tools to identify bottlenecks, improve user experience, and ensure system scalability. PAL (Performance Analyzer): Analyzing requestor sessions, CPU usage, and database interaction time.

DB Trace: Identifying unoptimized database queries, slow connector calls, or large clipboard sizes.

Performance Profiler: Pinpointing specific rules or activities that cause performance degradation.
