This position leads the delivery of complex application development services as part of project teams or in application support capacity. The successful candidate will analyze, design, code, test, and implement advanced solutions aligned with Thryve IT standards and policies. The role includes providing ongoing support for mission-critical applications while ensuring optimal system availability, performance, and quality. Mentoring junior team members is also a key component of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Development
Lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements
Participate in full system development life cycle (SDLC) following Thryve IT standards
Develop innovative solutions to address complex business requirements
Ensure compliance with Thryve IT standards, policies, and procedures
Production Support & Maintenance
Provide advanced production support ensuring solutions meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
Deliver technical support including release management and on-call support
Maintain 24/7 availability when required for critical system issues
Focus on minimal to zero-defect delivery
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand requirements
Participate in project teams in various capacities (Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager)
Conduct technical walkthroughs and provide project status reports
Create clear and concise technical documentation
Enable vendor solutions and facilitate stakeholder communication
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide less experienced team members
Contribute to cross-functional team initiatives
Support knowledge transfer and best practice sharing
