Job Description

Examine and Diagnose:

Pediatricians conduct thorough physical examinations to assess a child's health and identify any potential issues.

Treat Illnesses and Injuries:

They diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.

Administer Vaccinations:

Pediatricians provide vaccinations and immunizations to protect children from preventable diseases.

Monitor Growth and Development:

They track a child's physical and developmental milestones through regular checkups.

Prescribe Medications:

Pediatricians prescribe medications and provide instructions for their use.

Order and Interpret Tests:

Refer to Specialists:
