Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist at PRS Neurosciences. The role involves conducting pediatric physical therapy sessions, collaborating with doctors and therapists, assessing patients' conditions, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress to help children achieve their physical therapy goals.

Required Knowledge & Clinical Competencies

Pediatric motor development milestones and deviations Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) principles Assessment tools for developmental delay and autism Early intervention strategies Postural control, balance, and coordination training Pediatric orthopedic and neurological conditions Family-centered and play-based therapy approaches

Job Responsibilities

Comprehensive assessment and treatment planning for pediatric cases Designing individualized, goal-oriented physiotherapy programs Improving gross motor skills, mobility, functional independence Parent and caregiver education with structured home programs Multidisciplinary collaboration and clinical documentation
