Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients with congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, orthopedic, or acquired conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as neurodevelopmental therapy, sensory integration, strength training, and mobility training.
Educate and support parents/caregivers in home exercise programs and ongoing therapy involvement.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators.
Monitor and document patient progress using appropriate clinical tools and reporting systems.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and care planning sessions.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of patient records.
Stay current with professional developments and participate in continuing education programs.
Adhere to legal, ethical, and institutional standards in all areas of practice.
