Designation : Staff Nurse

Department : Nursing

Education : Bsc Nursing / GNM

Experience : 1 years to 10 years

Patient Care:

Assess children's health, monitor vital signs, administer medications and vaccinations, and provide wound care or other treatments.

Family Support and Education:

Educate children and their guardians about illnesses, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Advocacy:

Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that children receive the best possible care and that their rights are protected.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Work with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Emotional and Developmental Support:

Provide emotional support to children and families, helping them cope with illness, injury, or stressful situations.

Health Promotion:

Promote healthy development and preventative care for children.
