Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Pediatric Nurse

to provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. The Pediatric Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, supporting families, and ensuring a safe and child-friendly care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients as per hospital protocols Monitor vital signs, growth parameters, and developmental milestones Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and vaccinations safely Assist pediatricians during examinations and procedures Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation Educate parents and caregivers on child health, medication, and home care Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene standards Comfort and emotionally support children and their families Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / B.Sc Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing mandatory) Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council

Pediatric experience preferred

(Freshers may apply if trained) Good communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and child-friendly approach Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations

Working Conditions

Shift-based duty (Day/Night) Pediatric OPD, Ward, or NICU (as applicable)
