Job Description

Diagnose and treat pediatric patients with hematological (blood-related) and oncological (cancer-related) conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and other advanced therapies. Provide supportive care, including pain management, nutritional support, and psychological counseling for patients and their families. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Work closely with other specialists (radiologists, surgeons, pathologists, etc.) for comprehensive treatment. Participate in tumor board meetings to discuss complex cases and treatment strategies. Provide education and counseling to families about the patient's condition, treatment options, and outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with medical staff on treatment protocols and procedures. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in pediatric hematology and oncology.
