We are seeking a highly experienced senior technical leader to lead our DevOps and Cloud Operations initiatives. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions across cloud platforms. You will act as a technical authority, mentor teams, and drive best practices for CI/CD, cloud architecture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement enterprise-grade DevOps and CloudOps strategies.
Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for microservices and distributed systems.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Enforce cloud security best practices, identity management, and compliance standards.
Guide engineering teams on DevOps principles and cloud-native solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution for critical production issues.
Required Skills :
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 10+ years in DevOps/CloudOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Technical Expertise:
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (multi-cloud experience preferred).
IaC Tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD.
Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
