Implement UiPath automation to streamline claims processing workflows. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in claims adjudication. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in claims processing. Provide support in the Payer and Provider domains to enhance service delivery. Monitor claims processing metrics to identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address claims-related queries. Maintain accurate records of claims processed for audit and reporting purposes. Assist in the development of process improvement initiatives to optimize claims operations. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives. Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality claims processing. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for data management and reporting. Exhibit experience in UiPath for process automation in claims adjudication. Possess knowledge of claims adjudication processes and best practices. Have experience in the Payer and Provider domains to support claims operations. Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model with night shifts.
