Job Description

Oversee erection, sheeting, and project handover in alignment with quality and safety standards. Guide and coordinate with Erection In-charge, Erection Team, and Team Leaders for smooth execution. Ensure technical and logical soundness in all industrial projects. Hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) erection. Responsible for the work process, planning, and execution of site activities. Develop method statements to carry out work efficiently. Prepare and implement checklists for different work stages. Obtain and analyze daily progress reports to ensure project targets are met. Monitor the entire site, ensuring all work aligns with project schedules and plans. Execute all work activities with high-quality standards. Ensure team members follow safe work practices and adhere to safety protocols. Verify and inspect received materials at the site for quality and quantity. Manage labor workforce, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Effectively communicating with stakeholders holders and providing updates To the clients Coordinate and communicate with supervisors and site labor regarding project progress and site issues, Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities, resolving any conflicts or challenges. Provide weekly & monthly project status reports and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to update management. Ensure proper storage and handling of received materials to prevent damage.
