Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and technically sound
Site Engineer
to manage and supervise on-site execution of steel structure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines while coordinating effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to fabrication, erection, and installation of steel structures.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with design, fabrication, and planning teams to resolve site-related technical issues.
Monitor material usage, handling, and storage at site to minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports, measurement books, and site records.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Identify and report site risks, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager.
Support billing and documentation by providing accurate site measurements and progress data.
Attend client meetings and assist in inspections and approvals when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in steel structure projects (PEB / Industrial Structures preferred).
Strong knowledge of structural drawings, erection procedures, and site practices.
Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and construction norms.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.
