We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Executive/Manager
to promote and sell Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, client relationship skills, and a proven sales record in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for PEB projects.
Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from initial contact to final negotiation and contract closure.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end clients.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience in industrial sales, preferably in PEB or steel structures.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel extensively.
