Profile - PEB Plant Engineer

Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering..

Experience - 4-8 years of experience in PEB / structural steel / heavy fabrication industry.

Salary- Upto 5 Lac CTC

Location - Neemrana (Raj.)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily production activities for structural steel, frames, and components.

Ensure production schedules are achieved within timelines and cost targets.

Coordinate with planning and design teams for smooth workflow.

Optimize material usage to reduce wastage.

Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of plant machinery (CNC machines, shearing, welding, shot blasting, painting, etc.).

Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Minimize machine downtime by troubleshooting issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO / BIS / AISC).

Work closely with QA/QC to maintain product quality at every stage.

Implement safety standards in line with statutory requirements.

Implement lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.

Drive automation and technology improvements in fabrication.

Reduce cycle time through process optimization.

Lead and supervise plant operators, technicians, and helpers.

Train workforce on new technology, safety, and productivity practices.

Coordinate with HR for manpower planning and skill development.
