Job Description

We are hiring an experienced PEB Site Structure Engineer with 7-15 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Civil Construction Projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of structural design, on-site execution, and PEB erection work.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee structural design, analysis, and site execution of PEB projects

Supervise foundation and superstructure works as per design specifications

Implement safety and quality standards at the site

Review and ensure correct installation of fabrication and erection work

Coordinate with vendors, safety teams, and MEP contractors

Manage manpower and resolve on-site technical issues

Report daily work progress to the head office

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in PEB and industrial structures

Strong knowledge of steel structures, load analysis, and erection sequences

Proficiency in reading structural drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro preferred

Good site management and communication skills

Salary:

?20,000 to ?40,000 per month (CTC)(based on experience)
