Job Description

1. Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate all activities related to the fabrication and erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per design specifications and project timelines.

2. Key Responsibilities:PEB Fabrication:

Supervise fabrication activities in the workshop or site fabrication yard. Ensure fabrication work follows approved drawings and quality standards. Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly of steel components. Check material availability and coordinate with the procurement team. Conduct quality checks for dimensions, alignment, and welding as per codes. Maintain daily production and progress reports.

PEB Erection:

Supervise erection of PEB structures at the site, including columns, rafters, purlins, and sheeting. Plan erection sequences and lifting operations safely. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and erection crew. Ensure alignment, leveling, and bolting of structures as per drawings. Oversee installation of roof and wall cladding. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use of PPE

3. Skills & Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 3-7 years of experience in PEB fabrication and erection works. Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings and erection methodology. Ability to handle manpower and coordinate multiple teams. Good understanding of safety and quality standards. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,820.15 - ₹35,101.23 per month
