Role Overview

The PEB Detailer will be responsible for preparing accurate fabrication/shop drawings, erection drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects executed by Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt Ltd. The position requires strong knowledge of structural steel detailing, software proficiency, and coordination with internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

shop/fabrication drawings

and

erection drawings

for PEB projects. Develop accurate

Bill of Materials (BOMs)

for procurement and fabrication. Interpret

architectural and structural drawings

for PEB detailing. Ensure detailing work adheres to

AISC, IS codes, MBMA, and company standards

. Coordinate with

design engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams

to resolve technical issues. Review and revise drawings to eliminate errors and reduce rework. Support

fabrication and site erection teams

with technical clarifications. Maintain documentation of drawings and revisions for project records. Deliver drawings within

defined timelines

while maintaining accuracy.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

steel structures, connections, and fabrication practices

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Tekla Structures (preferred), and related detailing tools

. Ability to interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings. Familiarity with

PEB design standards and detailing practices

. Good communication and teamwork skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.

2-5 years

of experience in PEB/structural steel detailing. Freshers with strong software skills may be considered for

Junior Detailer

roles.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy of shop drawings and BOMs. On-time delivery of detailing outputs. Compliance with project specifications and codes. Reduction of rework and errors in fabrication/erection. Effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Pay: ?10,698.25 - ?25,000.00 per month
