Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Modeling:

Develop detailed 3D models of PEB structures using specialized software like Tekla Structures, incorporating design criteria and specifications.

Drawing Production:

Generate precise fabrication (shop) drawings, erection drawings, and connection details for manufacturing and site assembly.

Material Management:

Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all structural components, fasteners, and accessories.

Coordination:

Liaise with structural engineers, project managers, and fabrication/erection teams to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project flow.

Quality Control:

Check drawings against approved plans and standards, identifying clashes and ensuring accuracy before production.

Optimization:

Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and material efficiency while maintaining structural integrity.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Software:

Expertise in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.

Engineering Knowledge:

Understanding of structural principles, steel design, PEB standards .

Detailing:

High precision, analytical, and visualization skills to interpret complex plans.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication for team collaboration.

Education:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering often preferred.
