Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Design Engineer

to join our team in the PEB industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing PEB structures to meet project requirements while adhering to industry standards, safety regulations, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:1. Structural Design and Analysis:

Design PEB structures, including frames, connections, and foundations, using advanced engineering software. Perform structural analysis to ensure stability, strength, and compliance with safety standards and codes. Optimize designs for cost efficiency, material usage, and constructability.

2. Preparation of Design Documents:

Develop detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with detailers and 3D modellers to produce accurate fabrication and erection drawings.

3. Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, project management, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliverables. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to align designs with project specifications and expectations.

4. Quality Assurance:

Review designs and calculations to ensure compliance with industry codes (e.g., IS, MBMA, AISC) and internal quality standards. Address design-related issues during fabrication and erection phases.

5. Problem Solving and Support:

Provide technical support to project managers and site teams to resolve design-related challenges. Address and resolve client feedback or queries on structural designs.

Qualifications and Skills:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus.

Experience:

3-8 years of experience in structural design, preferably in the PEB or steel structure industry. Experience in designing industrial, commercial, or warehouse structures is desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or similar tools. Strong understanding of PEB design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Knowledge of industry standards and codes (e.g., IS, AISC, MBMA).

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
