Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Partnerships. As the DGM of Partnerships, you will be responsible for establishing a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management, building and developing commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners, and ensuring that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management: As the DGM of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a process for identifying and reaching out to potential partners. You will also be responsible for managing the ongoing relationships with our existing partners.

- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners: You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with strategic partners that can help us achieve our business goals. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify potential partners and develop partnership proposals that are mutually beneficial.

- Coordinate with the public relations team: You will work closely with our public relations team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company. You will be responsible for coordinating with the PR team to ensure that our partnership messaging is consistent with our overall brand messaging.

- Work with other teams internal to the organization: You will work closely with other teams such global team, product teams within the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals. You will work with our product development team to identify potential partners that can help us expand our product offerings. You will also work with our customer support team to ensure that our partnerships are delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

- Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands: You will be responsible for overseeing any collaborations with our partner brands. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our collaborations are aligned with our marketing strategy.

- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances: You will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure that our agreements are legally binding and enforceable.

- Attend various trade fairs and networking events: You will be responsible for attending various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company. You will represent our company and promote our brand to potential partners.

- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team: You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly. You will work with our marketing team to develop partnership proposals that are aligned with our overall marketing strategy.

- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships: You will be responsible for developing new ways to grow our existing partnerships. You will work with our product development team to identify new product offerings that can be developed in collaboration with our partners.

Requirements:

- A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- A minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in building and managing partnerships and alliances.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.

- Experience in negotiating and finalizing deals with partners and alliances.

- Proven track record of successful partnership management.

- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams within the organization.

- Experience in attending trade fairs and networking events.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
