Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) -

Mandatory

Master's degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) or Sports Science -

Preferred

Experience:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a

PE Teacher specialized in Cricket

, Chess, Karate, Basket Ball, Volley Ball, Tennis, Skating etc preferably in a

CBSE school

Experience in coaching school-level cricket teams and organizing matches/tournaments Exposure to training students across different age groups

Location Preference:

Preference will be given to

local candidates from Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Instruction

: Develop and teach PE lessons, covering fitness, sports techniques, safety, and nutrition, integrating theory with practical, hands-on activities.

Skill Development

: Coach students in specific sports, improving motor skills, coordination, and physical capabilities.

Event Management

: Organize and supervise sports days, competitions (intramural/extramural), and other physical activities.

Health Promotion

: Educate students on healthy lifestyles, fitness goals, and awareness of health issues like nutrition.

Assessment

: Evaluate student performance, track progress, and provide feedback to parents and staff.

Equipment & Facilities

: Manage, maintain, and distribute sports equipment, ensuring safe and adequate resources for all students.

Safety & Discipline

: Enforce safety protocols during activities and maintain discipline in the gym/field.

Collaboration

: Work with other teachers, staff, and parents to align goals and support student well-being.
