ITI Diesel Mechanic or Motor Mechanic or Tractor mechanic.
Diploma: Automobile/ Mechanical.
Exp: Min 0-4 years of exp. ( Fresher's can apply).
Knowledge of JCB or construction equipment or Automobile Industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new JCB machines as per checklist and company guidelines.
Check all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for proper functioning.
Conduct visual inspection for any damage, leakage, or missing parts.
Perform functional tests to ensure machine readiness for delivery.
Prepare PDI reports and maintain inspection records.
Coordinate with the service team and Logistic department to ensure timely dispatch of inspected machines.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and instruments are in good working condition.
Report any quality or manufacturing issues to supervisors or service engineer
