Manage, train, and guide PDI technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure quality protocols.
Oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection process, ensuring all vehicles are checked for mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic defects according to company standards.
Identify defects, and coordinate with service or production teams to arrange necessary repairs or maintenance before delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all completed inspections, defects, and resolutions.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments for PDI scheduling and ensure vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and have all necessary accessories installed.
Ensure vehicles and the inspection process comply with internal and external standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines.
Must know 4 wheelers driving (Driving license is mandatory).
Must have automobile experience.
