The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly inspected, cleaned, and ready for delivery as per company and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
of all new two-wheelers.
Maintain records of PDI reports, job cards, and vehicle readiness status.
Coordinate with the
sales department
regarding delivery schedules and vehicle status.
Ensure all accessories and fittings are installed as per customer order before delivery.
Report any defects or quality issues immediately to the service manager.
Ensure proper vehicle washing, polishing, and final inspection before handover.
Skills Required:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / DMS entry).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Punctual and responsible in handling vehicle delivery process.
