Generic name of the product as per Permission copy Brand Name, if any Brand or generic name in Hindi (For Local Only) Label claim as per Permission copy Indications Storage conditions Precautions for children Pack size Batch details like batch No, Mfg.Date, Exp.Date and MRP Manufacturing license number Manufacturer address Artwork code Trademark or trademark pending PDD shall circulate the artwork to all the departments (FDA/QC/QA/PRODUCTION) for review and approval with Artwork/ Print proof Approval Form which shall be designer. Designer shall make the changes as per the review comments Once the corrections are completed, the artwork shall be sent for printing to Purchase Department
