Job Title: PDA Driver
Location: Maijo Moto Maruti Suzuki, Vyttila / Maradu, Ernakulam
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Reporting To: Team Leader / Service Manager

Job Purpose:

To ensure safe and timely pick-up and drop of vehicles to and from customer locations, and support service delivery using the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) device for tracking and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive customer or company vehicles between locations (home pick-up, service center, delivery).

Use the PDA device to update job status, track delivery/pick-up, and obtain digital acknowledgements.

Conduct basic checks of the vehicle (fuel, cleanliness, damages) before and after transit.

Communicate professionally with customers and update them about delivery/pick-up timing.

Maintain records of trips, mileage, and delivery notes accurately.

Coordinate with the service team for daily schedules and task assignments.

Adhere to traffic rules and safety standards at all times.

Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements:
Valid LMV Driving License. Familiarity with smartphone/PDA use for task updates. Good knowledge of routes in Kochi and nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
