Need an experienced merchandiser to handle communication with buyer and buying houses. This is a hands-on role with great exposure to the garment industry, need someone with a go-getting attitude who has the zeal to get work done and can take responsibility along side manage a team.
1. Operationally plan and oversee sampling, ensure timely delivery and quality, ability to manage buyer requirements. Maintaining TNA
2. Working closely with suppliers to co-ordinate sampling and bulk embroidery, printing the finished product
3. Relaying the merchandise plan to the buyer who, in turn, can decide on what products, styles, colours etc to purchase and from which suppliers, at what price.
4. Devising a contract for the suppliers including quality control, accuracy and flexibility. This is done throughout the season.
3. Sourcing material / accessories, costing
4. Vendor development
5. Negotiate prices for job work
6. Train vendors to meet our quality standards
7. Monitoring of orders for sharp focus on quality and delivery.
8. Manage inventory, delivery for an in-house range of accessory products
9. Orders will need to be handled from sampling up to shipment.
10. Hands on experince in ERP
Required Experience of at least 4 years, Software skills ( Adobe photoshop) and Qualifications
Thorough Understanding of knits- Circular and Flat
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
