Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Record to Report

We require someone with deep understanding and experience in General Accounting.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to General Accounting domain.

Review team's day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests

Accounting & Financial Operations o Understanding of time, cost, payroll, and billing flows within consulting or staffing industry

Perform cost-to-bill reconciliations and validate rate cards or placements Knowledge of accruals, revenue recognition, and SOX/internal controls Skilled in payroll validation and discrepancy identification

Systems & Technical Proficiency o Experience with Vendor Mgt. Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, Bullhorn) and ERP (PeopleSoft, WorkDay)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliations) Extract and reconcile data across VMS, Payroll, ERP, and CRM systems Familiar with system access controls and data accuracy management

Analytical & Process Control o High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Perform hour, rate, and cost reconciliations between systems Document exceptions, approvals, and audit evidence Identify and resolve data variances or process gaps

Customer & Communication Skills o Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams

Manage follow-ups, approvals, and escalations professionally Collaborate effectively with Sales, HR, Billing, and Customer Managers Maintain customer focus while ensuring financial control

Organizational & Behavioral Skills o Meet weekly payroll and billing deadlines consistently.

Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities. Show accountability and ownership for assigned work. Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Internal and External Audit SOX Compliance

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Relevant years of experience B.Com (H) (Only Regular graduation, no Distant Learning)

Preferred qualifications

Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops Good Written/Verbal Communication MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office Partner Management experience Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
