Responsibilities of Merchandiser:

Generation of purchase orders and item masters for the Products. Generation of PTR (Production Tracking Report) and buy form for sales. Sourcing the materials for packaging. Coordination with vendors or factories if any clarification is required during production. Coordination with shipping and documentation department for forwarding the approved shipment.

Requirement:

Expertise in MS Word and MS excel Proven working Experience in merchandising Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities of Merchandiser:

Coordinating with vendors (domestic and International) for samples and negotiation of price and MOQ. Costing discussion with production team and seeking approvals for final prices. Generation of purchase orders. Generation of item Master of products. Generate buy form for sales. Generating PTR (Production Tracking Report) on daily basis. Sourcing the materials for packaging. Responsible for 3 sets of samples after confirmation. Oversee entire procurement and merchandising of the products. Vendor Management. Execution of orders to check the dispatch time of goods. Coordination with vendors or factories if any clarification is required during production. Coordination with shipping and documentation department for forwarding the approved shipment. Keeping track of style status and updating the same to Top management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Merchandising: 5 years (Preferred)
