Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled PCRF & OCS Engineer with hands-on experience in policy control, online charging and real-time subscriber management for LTE/5G networks. The role involves configuration, integration, testing and operational support of PCRF and OCS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure, operate and support PCRF and OCS platforms in LTE/5G (SA/NSA) networks.

2. Design and manage policy rules, charging rules, QoS and rating logic.

3. Handle Diameter interfaces including Gx, Gy, Rx, Sy.

4. Integrate PCRF & OCS with PGW/UPF, BSS, IN.

5. Support prepaid, postpaid, hybrid, roaming use cases.

6. Analyze and troubleshoot Diameter signaling, CDRs and charging failures.

7. Perform UAT, regression testing and patch validation.

8. Support production issues, root cause analysis and vendor coordination.

9. Prepare and maintain HLD, LLD, SOPs and operational runbooks.

10. Participate in migration, upgrades and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PCRF and OCS domains.

2. Strong understanding of 3GPP Policy and Charging Control (PCC) architecture.

3. Excellent knowledge of Diameter protocol and AVPs.

4. Experience with online charging, balance management, rating and lifecycle states.

5. Strong understanding of QoS, PCC rules, service flows and rule priority.

6. Hands-on experience with Linux, shell scripting and log analysis.

7. Expertise in Wireshark/tshark for protocol analysis.

8. Exposure to 4G LTE and 5G SA/NSA core networks.

Good to Have:

1. Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

2. Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

3. Knowledge SOAP/REST APIs.

4. Experience handling high TPS and large subscriber base systems.

5. Scripting knowledge (Python/Perl/Bash).

Educational Qualification:

1. Diploma/BCA/Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science/Telecommunications.

2. Relevant telecom or cloud certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹364,110.75 - ₹1,557,420.98 per year
