Job Summary:

NNIIT is seeking passionate and highly knowledgeable

PCMB Mentors

to guide students in their academic journey across

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology

. The mentor will be responsible for teaching, motivating, and mentoring students preparing for

board exams and/or competitive exams

(JEE/NEET/Foundation).

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students in one or more PCMB subjects. Develop lesson plans, study materials, and test papers. Conduct regular assessments and provide personalized feedback. Clarify students' doubts and help strengthen their conceptual understanding. Track student progress and share updates with parents or academic coordinators. Maintain academic discipline and foster a positive learning environment. Participate in faculty meetings, training, and workshops. Assist with curriculum development and academic planning.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex topics and engage students. Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management and classroom handling abilities.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
