The PCD Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential distributors, onboarding new franchise partners, and driving sales for the company's PCD Pharma division. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective PCD/Franchise partners across assigned territories.
Provide complete information about product range, pricing, schemes, and franchise opportunities.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into franchise appointments.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, call logs, and follow-up notes.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high service standards.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing and customer support..
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements
Minimum 3-6 months of telesales experience
(Pharma/PCD industry mandatory).
Freshers from pharma Background can also apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of PCD pharma business model, product categories, and market trends (preferred).
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and phone systems.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
