Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads and increase sales Handle customer inquiries and provide product information over the phone Follow up on potential leads and maintain customer records Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:

Proven sales in the PCD Pharma industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships with customers Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints Positive and professional attitude towards work
