Key Responsibilities:
Promote and increase sales of the company's pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory.
Visit doctors, retailers, distributors, and stockists regularly and maintain strong professional relationships.
Onboard new PCD/Franchise partners and provide them with business support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Share weekly/monthly sales reports with the company.
Collect market feedback and communicate key insights to the management.
Handle payment collections and ensure proper documentation.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends
Customer relationship management
Strong interest in sales and marketing
Willingness to travel as required
