Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
PCD Sales & Marketing Executive
for our
Derma Medicines
division. The ideal candidate must have
at least 1 year of experience in PCD sales and marketing within the dermatology segment
.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and expand PCD franchise networks for derma products across assigned territories.
Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and franchise partners.
Promote derma products to doctors, chemists, and stockists through effective product knowledge and relationship management.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure timely support for order placements, queries, and delivery follow-ups.
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth execution of business operations.
Provide market feedback and suggest promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD pharma sales (specifically in the dermatology segment).
Strong understanding of derma products and relevant client base.
Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and generate business.
Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
Working Hours
6 Days Working
Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
or
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
