Identifying and Appointing Distributors/Franchisees:

A primary responsibility is to find suitable individuals or entities interested in taking up a PCD pharma franchise for a specific territory. This involves lead generation, initial contact, and presenting the company's value proposition.

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Establishing strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential franchisees is critical. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support.

Negotiating Contracts and Agreements:

Finalizing terms and conditions with franchisees, ensuring mutual understanding and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Market Expansion and Sales Growth:

Promoting Pharmaceutical Products:

Actively promote the company's range of pharmaceutical products to potential franchisees, who in turn will market them to healthcare professionals and retailers.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Working with franchisees to ensure they meet their sales targets within their assigned territories. This often involves providing strategies and support.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conducting research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in different regions. This helps in strategizing product launches and promotional efforts.

Expanding Market Reach:

Marketing and Promotional Support:

Providing Marketing Support to Franchisees:

Coordination for Promotional Activities:
