Job Description

Job Responsibilities - PCD Pharma Telecaller

Handle outbound/inbound calls for

PCD Pharma franchise business

Explain

product range, monopoly areas, and company policies

to clients Generate and follow up on

leads from doctors, distributors & pharma associates

Maintain daily

call reports, client data, and follow-up records

Coordinate with

sales & dispatch team

for order processing Build long-term relationships with existing and new franchise partners Resolve basic queries related to

products, pricing, and delivery

Achieve

daily calling targets and monthly business goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
